Extended Hours Posted or Updated on 10 Jul 2024

As of Monday 1st July 2019 – Irchester Surgery & Summerlee Medical Centre will be offering extended hours to all of our patients. This will be held at Irchester Surgery.

These hours will vary from week to week.

At times we may be open for a few hours on a Saturday morning and other times we may be open later in the evening, during week days.

Please ask at the reception desk if you would like to know what extended hours we will be carrying out each week, or for more information.

We believe this would be ideal for working people, who may need a consultation outside of our normal working hours.

To make all patients aware – these consultations will be for pre-booked appointments ONLY. We will only have the clinicians on site to carry out their clinics; there will be no reception staff. The front door will be unlocked for patients who have a pre-booked appointment; it will not be a walk-in service.

The phones lines will be switched off, and if any follow up consultations needed, you will be asked to contact the GP Surgery the following day (or Monday if it is a Saturday clinic) during working hours.
