New Patient Registration
We welcome any new patients who live within Irchester or Finedon and their surrounding villages. Please note that you will need to reside within our catchment area in order to register with either of our practices.
To register with either practice as an NHS patient, you will need to complete a registration form.

To register in person, please visit the relevant practice and complete the registration forms.
Named/Accountable GP
All patients registered at the GP surgery are allocated a named, accountable GP. As a patient, however, you have a choice over which GP you would like to see.
What happens next?
The registration process can take up to 2 working days to complete. There is no need to notify your previous GP surgery that you have changed practices. Your medical records are sent to us automatically.
If you are on any medication, please provide the surgery with a copy of your repeat prescription.
On successful registration, you will receive a text message from the practice to complete a short health questionnaire.
