We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practices. However, we're aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible. We do ask for complaints to be given in writing, you can do this by visiting the surgery and by asking the reception staff for a complaint form otherwise please feel free to write your complaint at home and send it to the surgery for the attention of the practice manager.
